The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic recruitment expert within the Business Unit, responsible for attracting and selecting senior professionals and frontline leaders through proactive sourcing, structured assessments and talent advisory. The role also contributes to the development of line manager TA capabilities and implementation of TA practices and talent market insights, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex Professional and lead roles across assigned functions
Conduct intake sessions to define profile expectations, set timelines, sourcing strategy, and selection approach
Source talent through a mix of candidate attraction and direct search approaches
Conduct structured interviews and advanced behavioral assessments
Coordinate final selection process true hiring manager and panel interviews supports hiring decision and offer delivery
Partner with Hiring Managers to define success profiles and improve hiring decisions
Share insights on market availability, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing feasibility
Act as a talent advisor and coach for hiring team
Deliver training to Hiring managers on structured interviewing, selection process and criteria
Support implementation of TA tools and process improvements at BU level
Collaborate on talent development and program initiatives
Requirements:
University degree
Fluent in English
Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with focus on mid-to-senior roles
Preferable background in FMCG industry, Recruitment agency or multinational business environment
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement
High levels of planning, follow-through, and problem-solving mindset
