As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will operate as a strategic individual contributor specializing in sourcing and recruiting for high level and complex roles. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, pipeline development, and client relationship management to attract top-tier talent. This senior talent partner role involves strategic influence, market intelligence, and delivering a seamless recruitment experience for leadership positions. You will lead strategic sourcing and networking for all the regions within WXG.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, developing tailored recruiting strategies for business critical leadership roles within WXG
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and deep market knowledge to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for business critical and strategic leadership roles
Partner with WXG TA team to ensure a steady flow of candidates for account critical roles as needed
Proactively engage with passive candidates and build relationships with professional organizations to anticipate future hiring needs
Provide market insights and guidance to influence hiring decisions
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and hiring managers
Act as a strategic consultant, advising on talent strategies, market trends, and best practices to ensure successful recruitment outcomes
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by acting as a brand ambassador for WXG and conveying the businesses values and culture while providing a transparent experience
Provide strategic planning and recommendations to meet evolving business needs
Ad hoc reporting and data validation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in recruiting for exempt-level roles, with a focus on senior-level, specialized and functional positions
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and pipeline development
Proven track record in client relationship management and strategic partnering with senior leadership
Strong business acumen and market intelligence, with the ability to influence strategic hiring decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools
Ability to lead teams through influence rather than direct management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This position may require up to 25% travel or as the business needs
