Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute scalable, data-driven recruiting approaches aligned with business goals
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs
Collaborate with HR leadership to align recruiting efforts with business priorities
Leverage modern sourcing tools, technologies, and AI-driven solutions to identify, engage, and attract top talent
Drive candidate experience initiatives
Analyze recruiting data, hiring trends, turnover, and candidate feedback
Manage job board and social media spend
Continuously improve recruiting processes
Own and drive full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Build and maintain talent pipelines across a range of roles
Partner with hiring managers to develop clear, compelling job descriptions
Support employer branding efforts
Monitor candidate engagement and feedback
Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and scorecards
Manage the Applicant Tracking System
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
Continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, and interview guides
Guide hiring managers in effectively using recruiting tools
Stay up to date on employment laws and ensure hiring practices are compliant
Support onboarding activities
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
Support additional projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
At least 6-8 years of in-house recruiting experience within a corporate environment in the Medical Device, Biotechnology or Healthcare industry
3+ years in a senior or lead role supporting scaling teams
Experience recruiting across a variety of functions, with a focus on technical, operations, clinical, and commercial, including management and leadership roles
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems and other modern recruiting tools, including AI-enabled technologies
Understanding of organizational structure, role requirements, compensation practices, and related HR processes
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with equally strong candidate assessment and evaluation abilities
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability
Collaborative and team oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer focused approach
