As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the end-to-end recruiting strategy for select businesses. This role requires a strategic, consultative approach to hiring, partnering closely with senior executives across the U.S. Sector to deliver talent solutions that meet diverse business needs. You will design scalable, centralized processes while maintaining flexibility for unique requirements, ensuring a seamless and impactful recruitment experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for exempt-level roles, with a focus on senior-level or specialized positions
  • Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies for a complex, growth-oriented Sales organization
  • Expertise in sourcing, pipeline development, and talent assessment
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with senior leadership
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume, fluctuating workloads
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelors preferred
