We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global HR team. This is a high-impact role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping the way we attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple regions. You will play a critical role in driving growth by leading strategic recruitment initiatives that span more than 5 countries, ensuring our teams are equipped with the right people to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive market. As a key ambassador of our employer brand, you will influence hiring strategies on a global scale, strengthen leadership capability in recruitment, and directly contribute to building an inclusive, world-class workforce.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Partnering: Work closely with senior leaders to understand business objectives and design recruitment strategies that enable growth across 5+ international locations
End-to-End Ownership: Lead full recruitment processes across all job levels — from entry-level to senior and critical positions — ensuring seamless delivery from talent mapping and sourcing to offer negotiation
Global Talent Strategy: Design innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent globally, using advanced search methods, networking, referrals, and market insights
Leadership Advisory: Coach and influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders, ensuring best practices and excellence in candidate experience
Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities through compelling storytelling and proactive engagement with talent markets worldwide
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment metrics, market trends, and competitors to provide actionable insights and continuously improve hiring effectiveness
Candidate Experience: Build and maintain long-term relationships with talent, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our global culture and ambition
Process & Innovation: Drive recruitment process improvements and scalable best practices that support our rapid global growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, ideally in senior/partner-level roles with global scope
Experience as an internal recruiter (corporate, in-house talent acquisition) is strongly preferred
agency-only backgrounds are less aligned with this role
Proven success recruiting in SaaS or IT environments
Demonstrated experience hiring senior and executive-level talent across multiple geographies
Strong ability to influence, partner, and build credibility with senior stakeholders
Expertise in global sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and employer branding
Analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into insights and actions
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology platforms
Global experience and exposure to multiple markets are highly desirable
Fluency in French and English is mandatory
