Job Description

As our Senior Acquisition Talent Partner, you’ll help us build exceptional Technology, Product, and Data teams that power the future of payments at myPOS. In this 6-month contract role, you’ll partner closely with hiring leaders across Europe and the UK to attract and hire top talent in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to identify strong technical and business talent, move with pace, and build credibility with stakeholders and candidates alike. If you are ready to start immediately (or within 1–2 weeks) and jump straight into delivering high-impact hiring outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility

  • End-to-end hiring – own the recruitment process for a range of roles across Engineering, Product, and Data
  • Partner with hiring leaders – work closely with leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring expectations, and deliver great talent
  • Source top talent – build and engage strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional channels
  • Move with speed and quality – manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Advise and influence – act as a trusted partner to hiring teams, bringing structure, market insight, and challenge where needed
  • Improve as you go – identify hiring process gaps, suggest improvements, and help make recruitment more efficient and scalable
  • Share market intelligence – provide real-time insight on talent availability, salary benchmarks, candidate expectations, and competitor activity across tech, product, and data markets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with strong expertise hiring for technical roles, ideally in high-growth or tech-driven environments
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers at all levels
  • Confidence partnering with technical and non-technical interview teams, with the ability to understand role requirements and assess candidate fit effectively
  • Strong sourcing capability and a track record of finding and engaging hard-to-reach talent
  • Experience using data, analytics, and reporting to provide regular updates and drive hiring decisions
  • Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies while managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities
  • Proactive approach where you don’t wait to be told what to do, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Immediate availability — or available within a week or two
  • Fluent English, plus French or Italian is a plus
