Job Description

As a Senior Tech Talent Partner at PPRO, you won't just fill roles—you'll be the strategic force driving our technical talent acquisition. You'll have the passion and drive to recruit the best Tech talent on the market, operating with a candidate-first mindset and a laser focus on pipeline quality. From Day 1, you will partner closely with hiring managers and Tech leadership to design and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy. This is a highly data-driven role where you will leverage analytics and market intelligence to inform every decision. You will lead effective candidate sourcing, assessment, and hiring across a range of critical technical roles, and be empowered to own and implement projects that continuously improve the efficiency and scalability of our hiring engine.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategically Source and Engage: Design, execute, and continuously evolve a proactive sourcing strategy utilizing a wide variety of channels
  • Drive Data-Informed Hiring: Establish and maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment
  • Own Process Efficiency Projects: Identify, scope, and lead cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of technical hiring
  • Be a Trusted Talent Advisor: Develop and maintain a strong, trusted advisor relationship with Tech leadership and hiring managers
  • Execute Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment process end-to-end
  • Conduct Expert Assessment: Perform in-depth screening calls and conduct advanced competency and job-leveling interviews
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain and audit our ATS with rigorous attention to detail

Requirements

  • A proven track record of successfully hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive markets (6+ years of experience)
  • Advanced Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive, innovative sourcing strategies to engage highly passive candidates and build diverse talent pipelines
  • Strong Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Extensive experience utilising recruitment metrics and data (e.g., funnel conversion) to diagnose issues, drive decision-making, and measure the ROI of sourcing and process initiatives
  • Full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a breadth of hiring across multiple technology domains and engineering levels
  • Experience Owning and Driving Process Improvements: A track record of independently scoping and managing projects to improve recruitment efficiency, quality, or scalability
  • Exceptional ability to partner with and influence senior leadership on strategic hiring initiatives and resource planning
  • Expertise in problem-solving and navigating complexity across all stages of the technical hiring lifecycle
