AlphaSense is growing incredibly fast and the Talent Acquisition team fuels that growth by hiring exceptional people. You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment across our Product & Engineering teams and have the ability to flex to other functional roles on an as-needed basis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with key product and engineering hiring managers to scale their respective teams
  • Advise on search strategy from role intake to close
  • Collaborate with hiring teams and scheduling coordinators
  • Own full-cycle recruiting
  • Use data to make tactical decisions that improve the end-to-end search process
