Job Description

This position focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring highly specialised and senior-level engineering talent to support complex and global operations. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for senior and highly specialised profiles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing highly educated candidates in engineering domains.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead recruitment processes for highly specialised and senior engineering talent, including technical and generalist management roles
  • Proactively source top-tier engineering professionals through advanced headhunting and sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for both niche expert and general project management positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align business needs with recruitment strategies
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing approaches for complex and hard-to-fill engineering positions
  • Deliver structured market mapping and regular reporting on recruitment metrics and market intelligence
  • Collaborate with external search agencies and internal HR/business leaders to secure exceptional hiring outcomes
  • Support and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives within the engineering market

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with history in corporate and agency settings
  • Strong track record in headhunting senior and highly skilled technical profiles, ideally within engineering or industrial environments
  • Experience recruiting Civil Engineers or equivalent highly educated technical professionals is an advantage
  • Demonstrated capability managing recruitment processes for senior-level candidates (7–10+ years’ experience)
