The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for managing high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment across the SEAO region, covering Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand, for both Retail and Corporate functions. This role requires a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is able to deliver speed, efficiency and accuracy, and brings strong experience within the luxury retail industry. Partnering closely with business stakeholders and HR, the role will ensure timely hiring outcomes while maintaining Balenciaga’s brand and talent standards. This is a 7‑month contract role (June – December 2026).
Job Responsibility
End‑to‑End Talent Acquisition: Manage full‑cycle recruitment for high‑volume retail hiring as well as corporate roles across SEAO, ensuring speed, efficiency and quality in delivery
Luxury Retail Recruitment Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of the luxury retail talent market to assess fit, seniority and cultural alignment, ensuring hiring decisions align with brand standards
Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Drive active sourcing, talent pipelining and market mapping to support ongoing and seasonal hiring needs
Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, advise on hiring strategies, and ensure alignment on timelines and hiring decisions
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Deliver a professional and consistent candidate experience aligned with Balenciaga’s brand image, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process
Recruitment Operations & Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of recruitment activities, offers, and hiring data, and support recruitment reporting as required
Regional Coordination: Support cross‑country recruitment activities, working within different labor markets to ensure compliance with hiring practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience, with proven exposure to luxury retail industry hiring
Proven experience recruiting for both Retail and Corporate roles across multiple markets
Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume recruitment with speed and efficiency, without compromising candidate quality or experience
Strong understanding of Retail hiring dynamics, talent assessment and stakeholder expectations in a fast‑moving environment
Highly organised, resilient and comfortable working under tight deadlines across multiple markets
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise effectively
Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
Experience using HRIS or applicant tracking systems (Workday experience is an advantage)
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a regional HR team
