Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for your scope, from specialist to director-level roles, ensuring timely, high-quality hires
Oversee your team’s activities, actively contributing to sourcing and filling roles while tracking KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction
Continuously optimise recruitment processes and leverage technology and data analytics for greater efficiency
Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Build and maintain strong talent networks through proactive engagement and relationship-building
Conduct strategic market mapping and provide insights on talent availability and trends to inform hiring strategies
Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other key functions (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, People Operations) to align recruitment with business needs
Manage the relationships of external vendors and agencies for your scope ensuring strong and smooth partnership
Identify talent sources and employment branding opportunities within your area of responsibility
Work together with CoE to develop and execute employer branding campaigns to attract top talent and enhance Coty employer brand
Lead initiatives to attract diverse candidates and foster an inclusive hiring environment
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws, company policies, and industry standards
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audit and compliance purposes
Requirements:
Extensive recruitment experience (10+ years)
At least 2 years of team leadership
Strong knowledge of the supply chain talent market, ideally in beauty, retail, FMCG or similar industries
Skilled in full-cycle recruitment, process improvement, and using technology effectively
Confident leader with proven people management and relationship-building skills
Knowledgeable in employment law, compliance, and best practices
Track record in driving employer branding, diversity, and great candidate experiences
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Fluent in English, Spanish, and French
Adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities while keeping candidate experience at the core
