The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a strategic role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support the company’s growth and objectives. They act as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions
Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding
Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices
Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience
Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline
Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement)
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s image
Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles
Bilingual in French and English
Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry
Managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Team-oriented, results-driven, and have demonstrated strong influencing skills
Strong client focus and innovative mindset
Excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
