Senior Talent Access Partner, embedded within our global Talent team, you’ll help attract and hire the commercial talent that fuels our growth across EMEA and beyond. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Strategic Sales & Operations, Sales Operations, Direct-to-Consumer, and other Global Functions, supporting the teams that take our category-defining products to market and scale them globally.

  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, share market insight, and align on sourcing and assessment strategies

  • Build strong, future-ready talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and long-term relationship building across commercial talent markets
