The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
Translate business requirements into effective analytical solutions
Optimize dashboard performance using best practices (extracts vs live connections, indexing, aggregation)
Develop and maintain Tableau data models, calculations, parameters, and LOD expressions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business stakeholders
Document dashboards, data sources, and development standards
Support UAT, deployment, and post-production enhancements
Mentor junior developers and promote visualization best practices
diating issues identified by Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
Requirements:
11 - 15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
Demonstrated leadership skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proficient in Tableau, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques, to synthesize and present complex information to stakeholders of various levels
Stakeholder management across multiple geographies and functions, as well as demonstrated ability to build a strong collaborative relationships that culminate in a delivery track record
You should have experience building and managing diverse, inclusive, high performing teams and keep them engaged and motivated
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
