We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Tableau Data Manager to join our client's team in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their healthcare analytics environment by optimizing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and driving impactful reporting solutions. This position is ideal for an experienced individual with strong attention to detail who thrives in dynamic settings and is committed to delivering excellence in business intelligence and data visualization.

Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate and analyze existing Tableau dashboards, data pipelines, and architecture to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead efforts to optimize dashboard performance, redesign visualizations, and enhance reporting systems
  • Collaborate with business, clinical, and IT teams to gather and refine reporting requirements
  • Ensure data integrity, govern compliance, and adopt best practices in visualization design
  • Mentor and guide internal analysts to establish standardized reporting practices
  • Drive the stabilization and enhancement of ongoing healthcare analytics projects
  • Administer Tableau Desktop, Server, and Cloud environments with expert-level proficiency
  • Develop and document scalable data models and reporting processes
  • Integrate Tableau with diverse healthcare data sources, ensuring seamless functionality

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, with extensive hands-on expertise in Tableau
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare analytics environments, including hospitals, payers, public health, or healthcare districts
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize complex enterprise dashboards and reporting ecosystems
  • Expertise in Tableau Desktop, Server, and Cloud administration
  • Proficiency in data modeling, architecture, and integration with healthcare data systems
