Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior TA Consultant to support hiring efforts for a leading organization in the Energy/Natural Resources industry. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a talent acquisition specialist who can manage end-to-end recruiting activities while building strong partnerships with hiring leaders. The role will focus on identifying, attracting, and securing high-quality talent, with an emphasis on corporate and engineering hiring needs. This role is part-time hours.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, align on candidate profiles, and create effective search strategies
  • Drive recruiting efforts for corporate and engineering positions by developing targeted outreach plans and maintaining active candidate pipelines
  • Source candidates with relevant experience through multiple channels, including direct outreach, networking, referrals, and recruiting events
  • Manage candidate progress within the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate, timely hiring documentation
  • Conduct candidate screening and evaluation to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open positions
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback from stakeholders, and help move hiring decisions forward efficiently
  • Use Bamboo and other recruiting tools to organize workflows, track activity, and support a consistent hiring process
