We are looking for an experienced Senior TA Consultant to support hiring efforts for a leading organization in the Energy/Natural Resources industry. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a talent acquisition specialist who can manage end-to-end recruiting activities while building strong partnerships with hiring leaders. The role will focus on identifying, attracting, and securing high-quality talent, with an emphasis on corporate and engineering hiring needs. This role is part-time hours.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support
Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, align on candidate profiles, and create effective search strategies
Drive recruiting efforts for corporate and engineering positions by developing targeted outreach plans and maintaining active candidate pipelines
Source candidates with relevant experience through multiple channels, including direct outreach, networking, referrals, and recruiting events
Manage candidate progress within the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate, timely hiring documentation
Conduct candidate screening and evaluation to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open positions
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback from stakeholders, and help move hiring decisions forward efficiently
Use Bamboo and other recruiting tools to organize workflows, track activity, and support a consistent hiring process
Requirements:
Proven experience setting up a sourcing strategy for organizations
Background in the energy industry
Demonstrated success recruiting for procurement, project managers, engineering roles and building specialized talent pipelines
Strong sourcing capabilities with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
Proficiency working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting records
Experience supporting or participating in recruiting events and talent engagement initiatives
Ability to develop recruiting strategies in partnership with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Familiarity with Bamboo or similar recruiting and HR technology platforms
