Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Testing/QA Specialist with over 10 years of expertise to lead quality assurance efforts for high-traffic web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on ensuring system integrity through rigorous manual testing, comprehensive accessibility (AODA) validation, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution to deliver high-quality, inclusive digital solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert guidance on test plans, tool selection, and resource allocation for large-scale systems in both GUI and non-GUI environments
  • Lead functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all system components meet performance and stability standards
  • Perform extensive AODA compliance testing using keyboard-only navigation and industry-leading assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, VoiceOver) for web, mobile, and digital documents
  • Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to develop detailed test scenarios, user stories, and complex test data requirements
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps

  • Execute stress and load tests to ensure scalability

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in WCAG 2.0+ standards and hands-on experience with assistive technology tools
  • 10+ years of experience translating business requirements (BRD) into actionable test data and scenarios
  • Expertise in using JIRA, Azure DevOps, and statistical tools such as Google Analytics and Crystal Reports
  • Strong background working within DevOps, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
