Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Systems Testing/QA Specialist to lead quality assurance efforts for high-visibility digital products, specifically those integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). This role is not just about traditional testing; it requires a specialist who can validate AI model behavior, ensure biometric data integrity, and lead comprehensive accessibility testing within an Agile/DevOps framework. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to develop robust test strategies that bridge the gap between complex AI logic and user-centric GUI environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • AI/ML Validation: Execute testing for AI-enabled applications, focusing on model behavior, edge cases, and bias detection
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for both GUI and non-GUI environments
  • Agile & DevOps Integration: Participate in Scrum ceremonies, manage defect lifecycles, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Accessibility Excellence: Perform deep-dive AODA compliance testing
  • Automated Frameworks: Design and maintain modular, scalable automation frameworks
  • Specialized Testing: Lead performance, stress, and load testing efforts

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in QA
  • Demonstrated experience testing AI/ML applications
  • Hands-on experience with mobile/web testing, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright)
  • Mastery of manual and automated testing across all layers (Unit, Integration, Performance, Load)
  • Expert knowledge of AODA and WCAG 2.1 success criteria
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments with developers, AI engineers, and product owners
