Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist with over 10 years of experience to lead and implement testing efforts for large-scale, complex enterprise systems. This role is responsible for providing strategic advice on testing methodologies, selecting appropriate tools, and organizing end-to-end testing cycles in both GUI and non-GUI environments. The successful candidate will navigate diverse technical landscapes—including Cloud (Azure), Mainframe, and Web Services—while ensuring that all digital products meet rigorous AODA compliance standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and advise on testing strategies, comprehensive test plans, and identification of necessary resources for high-priority projects
  • Organize and execute functional, non-functional, system integration (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including specialized stress and performance tests
  • Lead AODA Compliance Audits and remediation efforts using industry-standard tools to ensure all applications are accessible and compliant with legislative standards
  • Validate complex interfaces involving ReadyAPI, Web Services, and APIs, ensuring seamless communication between cloud-based platforms and legacy mainframe environments
  • Perform data validation across various databases including IMS, DB2, SQL, and Oracle, and support applications built on .NET and Java technologies
  • Identify, track, and resolve complex technical issues using enterprise test management tools such as Azure DevOps and Microfocus ALM
  • Work fluently across Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps environments, supporting continuous integration and rapid delivery cycles
