Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist with over 10 years of experience to lead quality assurance for high-volume, public-facing digital services. You will be responsible for the end-to-end testing lifecycle within an Agile/DevOps environment, ensuring that complex registration and transactional platforms meet rigorous functionality, security, and accessibility standards. This role requires a specialist who can translate complex business requirements into robust test strategies while managing integrations with payment and address validation modules.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop comprehensive Test Strategies and Test Plans for large-scale GUI and non-GUI environments
  • Execute specialized testing for high-traffic registration services, including integration with address validation modules and secure payment gateways
  • Lead accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 (Level A & AA) using assistive technologies like JAWS and VoiceOver
  • Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), create user stories, and manage test data requirements within Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Lead defect triage meetings, perform root-cause analysis, and produce summary reports to communicate quality metrics to developers and stakeholders
  • Conduct extensive manual and automated testing across different operating systems and mobile platforms to ensure a seamless cross-device user experience
  • Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, helping business teams validate that the solution meets operational needs

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience testing large-scale registration portals and high-volume transactional services
  • 10+ years of experience in manual testing (Systems, Mobile, UAT) and working within Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies
  • 10+ years of comprehensive knowledge of accessibility testing for web, mobile, PDFs, and digital documents
  • Proven experience testing integrations with secure payment gateways and web content management systems
  • Experience using statistics tools such as Google Analytics or Crystal Reports to inform testing outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, and defect tracking software (Azure DevOps, ALM)
