Senior Systems Ops Engg -Intune, MEMCM, Power shell, Microsoft Graph

• Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
• Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
• Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
• Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
• Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

• Strong expertise in PowerShell
• Automation and AI experience
• At least Level 2 Certification in Intune
• Strong Intune and MEMCM knowledge with proficiency in application and policy creation/deployment/troubleshooting, software updates deployment/troubleshooting, task sequence creation/deployment/troubleshooting
• Strong Knowledge and Experience in PowerShell scripting
• Strong Knowledge and Experience in Microsoft Graph and use of Graph API
• Exceptional working experience and Knowledge in Intune and W365 management
• Experience in handling high priority escalations and addressing leadership in critical situations
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory with hands on experience on user groups creation/modification
• Ability to write/modify SQL queries. Creation/modification of SSRS reports
• Proven Experience and ability to identify and convert possible processes and opportunities into Automations
• Understand the process workflow in tools and services like Remedy and other Ticketing Tools
• Sound knowledge in Windows 11 Operating System and all above knowledge to effectively communicate, understand and transform requirements, collaborating with technical resources, and engineering teams
• Ability to on board new activities, stream line, document and train team members. Mentor junior team members, conduct knowledge transfer sessions to upscale the skills in the team
• Adapt / adhere to the process and look for improvements towards continuous improvements and ideas
• Strong communication skills required as coordination with project managers, line of business contacts are key responsibilities of this role
• Create Documents and Excel Pivot tables whenever needed. PowerPoint skills would be an added advantage
