Job Description:

Engineer needs to be having strong working experience in RedHat Linux and Windows OS environment, in order to manage system changes and technical support for Alvaraia/Verint Workforce Management, Nice Recording Solution, Nexidia Analytics Solution, and associated Contact Center application systems.

Job Responsibility:

Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Requirements:

4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Working experience in RedHat Linux, Windows OS environment
IBM WebSphere Application Server/Apache HTTP/Tomcat/IIS Administration
SQL and Shell Scripting
ServiceNow Incident and change management
SSL certificate management in Web and Application server
Any Cloud experience
Knowledge on Observability tools (Splunk, Thousand Eyes)
Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical work and projects with moderate to high risk and complexity
Manage communications from team for own work and team's deliverables
Maintain and update documentation used by team for performing its activities

Nice to have:

Alvaraia/Verint Workforce Management, Nice Recording Solution, Nexidia Analytics Solution, and associated Contact Center application systems
SQL Scripting and DB configuration and deployment
CCaaS or Five9 is an added advantage
Cloud Certification
NDM, Autosys, Crystal Reports
