Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Operations Engineer. In this role, you will: Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area; Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks; Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability; Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution; Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards; Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Production / Application support teams (including troubleshooting application issues / installations / deployments / configurations); For Windows environments – experience in IIS, SQL Server Administration, Windows administration, Windows PowerShell scripting; For Linux environments - experience in Unix Scripting; Experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys; Experience with app or web servers such as Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBOSS (and/or combination of these); Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL (and/or combination of these); DevOps tools/experience - Github, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Ansible; Experience with SRE, Application, System and Database monitoring tools such as ITRS, AppDynamics, Splunk, Netcool, Elk and Basemon; SSL Certificate management experience; Knowledge of ticket tracking tools such as ServiceNow, Jira; Experience with Agile / Kanban methodologies. Job Expectations: 4+ years of experience in Windows or Linux Administration; Change/problem/incident management experience; ITRS - (Mandatorily should have used it, Preferable if candidate has worked on its setup); AppDynamics – (Mandatorily should have used it, Preferable if candidate has worked on its setup); SPLUNK - (Mandatorily should have used it, Preferable if candidate has worked on its setup); Grafana - (Mandatorily should have used it, Preferable if candidate has worked on its setup); Service Now; Autosys/Control-M - (Mandatorily should have used it, Preferable if candidate has worked on its setup); AiOps - (Mandatorily should have used it, Preferable if candidate has worked on its setup); Netcool; uDeploy; GitHub; JIRA/Confluence
