Senior Systems Engineers have proven advanced design and delivery expertise in electrical engineering and/or control systems engineering. They are accountable for successfully and competently delivering complex engineering solutions for projects within requirements, schedule and budget in their area(s) of expertise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be accountable for the team’s performance in achieving schedule, quality and budget targets
  • Confident in liaising directly with clients in developing and refining scopes of work
  • Provide mentoring and leadership and have the ability to lead a technical team

Requirements:

  • Appropriate Electrical Engineering qualification
  • Verifiable industry experience working within the automation industry
  • Demonstrable knowledge of good engineering practices and principles
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders
  • Previous experience leading and mentoring staff within an engineering environment
  • Current unrestricted Australian Work Rights
