Senior Systems Engineer

• Perform system engineering activities including functional analysis, system design & analysis, requirements management, integration, verification & validation and testing of systems
• Work on systems design aspects for a range of software, hardware, control systems, electro-mechanical and support system components, assemblies and subsystem elements
• Lead project planning and project decision-making processes
• Work within a large team of systems engineers, liaising with engineers and teams across different disciplines and products
• Utilise domain, discipline and systems engineering knowledge to provide technical assurance of engineering design and manage risks impacting engineering

• 10 years or more experience in a Senior Engineering position
• Knowledge and understanding of the Product Life Cycle
• A Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree within an Engineering Discipline
• Demonstrated systems engineering Experience coupled with engineering experience in a relevant discipline
• Proven experience in the project/program execution within the ASDEFCON framework
• The ability to obtain or hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance
