Lead and Own HRSD Solutions: Continuously improve and stabilize ServiceNow HRSD solutions to meet business need
Innovate through Automation and Service Design: Design and enhance HR service delivery within ServiceNow via automation capabilities and strategic service design, promoting operational efficiency and scalability
Manage Technical Change Lifecycle: Oversee technical changes across ServiceNow HRSD environments, encompassing configuration, testing, performance optimization, and release management
Collaborate with Stakeholders and Product Teams: Partner effectively with HR Product Owners and business stakeholders, providing technical expertise to shape solutions and align priorities across integrated systems
Promote and lead System Engineering Best Practices: Champion strong governance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the ServiceNow HRSD area
Requirements
4+ years of experience in an Application/ Systems Engineer role, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD module
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform Architecture and related products especially HR Service Portal, Knowledge base, Case management, Virtual Agent, Document Management, Now Mobile App, Integration Hub
Deep understanding of dependencies between ServiceNow capabilities (ITSM, HRSD) and components: portals, knowledge bases
