Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who thrives in managing and maintaining enterprise-level systems and software. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations while supporting approximately 400 users.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and maintain Active Directory environments to ensure security and efficiency
Oversee the administration of Microsoft Windows Server systems, ensuring optimal performance
Provide support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows 10 across the organization
Collaborate with teams to implement and manage Microsoft 365 Enterprise solutions
Administer Citrix technologies to enhance user experience and system functionality
Work closely with marketing teams to facilitate workflows and improve system processes
Migrate file shares to SharePoint Online and oversee its integration across the organization
Ensure seamless operation of Dell Technologies hardware and software
Support users across 22 locations, providing remote assistance as needed
Conduct regular system updates and maintenance to minimize downtime

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in system administration is required
Relevant education and IT Certifications are also desired
Strong expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server
Proficiency in administrating Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Azure/Entra ID
Hands-on experience with spinning up/ managing virtualized environments in Hyper-V or VMWare
Familiarity with Windows Servers administration: patching, updates, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
Demonstrated ability to migrate file shares and manage SharePoint Online
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work onsite five days per week
