Job Description

We’re hiring a Senior Systems Administrator to support and optimize a complex enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. This role will focus on reliability, performance, and modernization initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
  • Manage virtualized environments (VMware vSphere / Hyper-V)
  • Oversee M365 and Azure AD / Entra ID administration
  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements
  • Lead patching, upgrades, and system hardening efforts
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
  • Collaborate on cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure initiatives

Requirements

  • 7+ years of systems administration experience
  • Strong expertise in Windows infrastructure and Active Directory
  • Experience with VMware or enterprise virtualization platforms
  • Knowledge of Azure or hybrid cloud environments
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure migrations or cloud optimization
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
  • Certifications (Microsoft, VMware, etc.)
