Senior System Engineer

• Manage and administer complex Data Center infrastructures and core enterprise environments
• Oversee and optimize Virtualization infrastructure, heavily utilizing VMware and Hyper-V solutions
• Administer, upgrade, and maintain MS Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, and newer versions)
• Configure and maintain Active Directory structures, alongside critical security policies and services such as DNS, SCCM, and PKI
• Manage MS SQL environments, ensuring high availability through clustering and executing systematic upgrades
• Implement, monitor, and manage robust backup strategies and technologies to guarantee data integrity
• Oversee terminal services configurations to support efficient remote and distributed work environments
• Collaborate closely with internal infrastructure and basic networking teams to ensure smooth systems integration

• At least 8 years of solid, hands-on experience in Information Systems management and engineering
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Deep expertise in Virtualization technologies (VMware and Hyper-V) and Microsoft infrastructure ecosystems
• Active Microsoft Certifications relevant to the aforementioned technologies
• Solid understanding of Data Center Administration and basic Networking principles
• Familiarity or working knowledge of Cloud environments (such as Azure, AWS, or OCI) will be considered a strong asset
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a strong command of the English language
• A reliable team player with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
