Job Description:

The candidate will play a key role in the development of aeroderivative turbine acting as a technical focal point for the industrialisation process of the main components. The position involves defining system requirements, architecture, integration, verification, and validation throughout the full product life cycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are reliable, high-performing, compliant with quality standards, and delivered on time and on budget, while mitigating risks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define system requirements, architecture, and integration for aero and aero-derivative components, applying system engineering methodologies
  • Lead design, integration, verification, and validation of complex systems across the product life cycle
  • Manage configuration, risk analysis, and design control during development phases
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure technical solutions meet functional, cost, quality, and delivery targets
  • Influence system performance by developing integrated solutions that meet customer needs, leveraging specialized product or service components where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, ideally Mechanical or Aerospace
  • A relevant technical experience in engineering roles, preferably within the aeronautical or turbomachinery sector
  • Strong knowledge of turbomachinery and its applications in the aero-derivative field
  • Excellent communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset
  • Proven experience working within cross-functional teams and managing complex projects

Nice to have:

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or equivalent continuous improvement expertise
