Build the next generation of digital banking for 18M users. We’re looking for a Senior System/Business Analyst to join Intellias into a large transformation initiative in a top Ukrainian bank—shipping meaningful improvements fast, aligning teams, and raising the bar for customer experience, stability, and delivery excellence. Expect real ownership, complex challenges, and measurable impact. What project we have for you. The project goal is to evolve an enterprise-grade backend platform for a leading Ukrainian bank serving ~18 million customers. The solution is based on a service-oriented architecture and runs on AWS, leveraging modern technologies and native Amazon managed services. The ecosystem includes multiple database types and integrations, requiring strong focus on scalability, reliability, security, and high availability. This is a large-scale transformation environment where changes directly impact millions of end users.

Job Responsibility

  • Decompose and break down tasks for the development team
  • Track and monitor execution of assigned tasks to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with the team and customers/stakeholders throughout all stages of development
  • Create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence
  • Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for further automation and efficiency improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial experience as a System/Business Analyst (senior level)
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing web and mobile products
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to elicit, structure, and document complex business requirements
  • Experience preparing and delivering technical specifications / requirements documentation
  • Experience modeling and documenting business processes using BPMN, UML, and related diagramming notations
  • ability to identify process gaps and bottlenecks
  • Experience managing and controlling tasks end-to-end, from initiation to production release
  • Experience working with non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, etc.)
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration (UI/UX design, backend/frontend development, QA, DevOps)
  • Practical experience designing REST APIs and solid understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience in the Fintech domain would be a great advantage
