Job Description

We are looking for a Senior System and Cloud Specialist for our client.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of complex IT systems
  • Design and implement system architectures, configurations, and integrations according to requirements and industry best practices
  • Oversee system installations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to system performance, security, and integration
  • Conduct system performance monitoring and analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and vulnerabilities
  • Provide technical support to domestic and international subsidiaries of the Group
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that align with the Group
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a System Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
  • Knowledge of all roles and features (AD, IIS, DHCP, DNS, NPS, CA, ADFS etc.) in Windows Server/ Linux Servers systems
  • Deploying applications required by business units (Application Patching Deployment Publishing Services) and regularly applying security patches
  • Managing internal or external IIS and web-based application services, File Server Services, and Access Planning Authorization Services
  • Management of Email Services (365), Email Security Services, and Messaging Services, (Teams)
  • Management of Cloud Infrastructure Systems (Azure, AWS) and Domain and SSL Services
  • System Monitoring and Surveillance Services with Preventive Maintenance Services, providing reporting by following system installation plans in line with technological developments
  • Ensuring the control of servers belonging to critical business applications and intervening when necessary
  • Experienced in Cyber Security components and problem- solving
  • SharePoint Online, Azure, AWS, etc
  • Experienced Active Directory Domain and Exchange Server Migrations, Multisite and Complex AD organization management experience
  • Knowledge of Client and Server management/Deployment tools
  • Backup Multisite backup and managements
  • Experienced in physical and virtual servers and proficient in their technologies, (Vmware and etc.)
  • Proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting enterprise-level systems, such as operating systems, databases, and middleware
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Open to travel
