Job Responsibility

Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I&IT solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives ensuring efficiency
Verify System monitoring and operability – system health, fax server availability, inbound/outbound file transfer, FileNet communication
Collaborate with vendors, clients and partners
Write scripts
Create, manage, follow up on support tickets
Investigate production issues, escalate to proper parties when necessary
Verify systems and applications are running as expected
Confirm file transfer scripts are enabled/disabled when required
Confirm inbound files are loaded successfully into the application
Verify production and test backup jobs are completed successfully
