You will join the Customer and Credit Origination team within our Technology & Operations division. Requirements:
Design & Specification: Analyze requirements to define detailed functional specifications and create robust technical designs
Architectural Alignment: Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure all designs follow development practices, security requirements, and architectural roadmaps
Vendor & Security Oversight: Review vendor-led designs and coordinate threat modeling with Security Architects to safeguard our systems
Build & Deployment Support: Partner with developers and infrastructure teams during the build phase to clarify designs and ensure smooth integration
Quality Assurance: Review test plans and cases, provide SIT/UAT support, and perform first-level analysis on defects to ensure requirements are met
CRM Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Siebel, or Salesforce
Leadership: Take a proactive role in coordinating with stakeholders and leading junior analysts within the team
