Job Description:

Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. Brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop use our first products in accounting and planning to account for and plan for $Bs of retail revenue.

Job Responsibility:

  • Spearhead the development of new features and systems from the ground up
  • Shape the product landscape and make a tangible impact on our technology and our customers
  • Working on AI (computer vision + NLP) powered data processing of financial documents
  • Scaling data collection capabilities across different sources
  • Financial analytics and forecasting
  • Interfacing directly with customers to understand their needs and craft intuitive UXs
  • Create intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex data into actionable insights

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background with 4+ years of full-time engineering experience (Backend or ML /AI experience highly preferred)
  • Scrappiness and interest in learning the ins and outs of the CPG industry

Nice to have:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk directly with customers and manage feature development
  • Strong desire to work at an early-stage startup and touch all parts of the product
  • CS or equivalent degree
