Job Responsibility:
Work across a diverse mix of land development, infrastructure, and urban projects
Use modern tools like 12d, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Leica, Trimble
Work alongside engineers, planners, and digital specialists
Mentorship and leadership opportunities for the right person
Support for those progressing toward LCS registration
Requirements:
5–10+ years’ experience in cadastral and/or engineering surveying (NZ, AUS, UK)
BSurv or equivalent tertiary qualification
Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, or a Survey Technician of all levels
Member or eligible member of Survey & Spatial NZ (S+SNZ) a plus
Proficient in 12d, CAD/Civil 3D, ideally with modern data workflows
Strong communicator with experience managing client relationships
Accurate, reliable, and confident working independently
NZ citizen or resident with a full NZ driver’s licence
