Job Description

We are partnering with a long established and highly regarded real estate consultancy headquartered in the heart of London's West End. Due to continued growth and strong performance, the firm is expanding its Property & Asset Management advisory team with two strategic hires. This is an excellent opportunity for commercially minded surveyors with a strong property management background who are looking to broaden their exposure into asset management. You will join a high performing team and take ownership of a prime, mixed-use commercial portfolios. This unique goes far beyond traditional, reactive commercial property management.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day operations across a commercial property portfolio
  • Lead service charge budgeting, reconciliation, and financial control (RICS aligned)
  • Act as a primary point of contact for occupiers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Drive occupier engagement and enhance customer experience
  • Support and deliver asset management initiatives and value-add strategies
  • Manage lease events including rent reviews, renewals, and assignments
  • Oversee health & safety in collaboration with facilities management teams
  • Conduct regular site inspections and attend client meetings
  • Contribute to wider business initiatives and cross-team collaboration

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience at Surveyor / Associate Level)
  • Strong background in commercial property management (Central London experience preferred)
  • Proven experience managing service charge budgets and multi-let assets
  • Exposure to asset management or a strong desire to develop in this area
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Detail oriented with a hands-on approach
