Senior Surveyor – Associate Director Retail Leasing Agency & Advisory UK-Wide Retail Portfolios Boutique West End Retail Agency. The firm has experienced impressive growth over recent years, driven by strong performance and a loyal, acquisitive client base. You’ll be joining a high performing team united by a commitment to delivering a truly best-in-class service across the market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advise landlords on leasing strategies
  • Lead nationwide leasing transactions
  • Support key occupiers
  • Provide strategic asset management insight

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in landlord or occupier retail leasing agency
  • Track record of sourcing and securing new lettings across a national portfolio
  • Ability to prepare and deliver leasing proposals to landlords and asset managers
  • Strong relationship building skills with landlords, tenants, developers, and external advisors
  • Experience coordinating marketing materials and promotional activity
  • RICS accredited degree or similar
  • MRICS qualified (preferred, not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
