Job Description:

A leading real estate advisory business with one of the most successful Property Management platforms in the UK is looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor to join their Central London team. This is a newly released instruction and sits within a high performing team that manages some of the most recognisable mixed use and office assets in the West End. The company has doubled the size of its London PM team in recent years, with exceptional client retention, consistent profitability and a long standing bonus record.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver day to day management of a mixed use London portfolio
Work closely with internal FM, Finance, ESG, Technology and Customer Experience teams
Ensure assets are safe, compliant, well maintained and delivering a modern customer experience
Manage service charge budgets and overall asset performance
Build strong client relationships with private investors and family offices
Identify opportunities to improve performance and asset value

Requirements:

MRICS preferred but not essential
Experience in commercial or mixed use management
Confident managing multi let assets
Relationship driven and client facing
Positive, proactive and comfortable with four days a week in the office
