Job Description:

Survey Technicians – Land Transfer & Development Auckland. Secured Work | Long-Term Pipeline. A respected Auckland consultancy has recently secured multiple large-scale land development projects across the North Island. As a result, they are strengthening their technical team and are looking to bring on experienced Survey Technicians. This is a practical, delivery-focused role suited to technicians who know Land Transfer work inside out and take pride in running clean, efficient jobs.

Job Responsibility:

Managing your own projects across land development sites — from fieldwork and drafting through to Landonline lodgement — working closely with Licensed Surveyors and internal teams

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Survey Technician
  • Strong LT and cadastral capability
  • Comfortable running jobs independently
  • Solid working knowledge of 12d and Landonline
  • Good understanding of Auckland council processes
  • Professional, organised, and technically reliable
