Job Responsibility

  • Support service users in a personalised way to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Conduct formal supervisions
  • Work on a rota basis including evenings, weekends, sleep in duties, and waking nights as needed
  • Provide day to day support, guidance and direction to team members
  • Responsible for systems and processes including support planning, recording, finance, staffing and health and safety
