Job Description:

Shelton Care is part of National Care Group. At Cauldon Place we support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health, and challenging behaviours in a residential setting. Our dedicated team works closely with those we support to deliver person-centred care, empowering each individual to reach their goals and fulfil their aspirations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs
  • Work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service

Requirements:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities
  • Have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this
  • Able to motivate and manage a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
