Job Responsibility:
Support service users in a personalised way to achieve their goals and aspirations
Be responsible for systems and processes including support planning, recording, finance, staffing and health and safety
Provide day to day support, guidance and direction to team members
May be required to conduct formal supervisions

Manual driving licence (particularly welcomed)
