Job Responsibility:

  • Support service users in a personalised way to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Be responsible for systems and processes including support planning, recording, finance, staffing and health and safety
  • Provide day to day support, guidance and direction to team members
  • May be required to conduct formal supervisions

  • Manual driving licence (particularly welcomed)
