Job Responsibility:
Assist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs
Work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service
Requirements:
Supporting adults with learning disabilities
Have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this
Able to motivate and manage a team
Full UK Driving Licence
