Job Responsibility:
Assist the Team Leader in the supervision and development of specialist staff
Management of service rotas
Development and delivery of support packages
Take on management responsibilities as well as hands on support
Requirements:
Diploma or Level 2 In Health and Social Care or equivalent in Adult Care
Significant experience of supporting people with complex needs
Good organisational skills
Leadership skills
Communication skills
Willingness to work closely with colleagues and Team Leaders
Flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends
Ability to take responsibility of the on-call service on a shared rota basis
Nice to have:
Open minded
Energetic
Ability to work under pressure whilst retaining a calm and relaxed exterior
Sense of humour
Enjoy doing fun things such as bike riding, walking, car mechanics, music, films, playing football, badminton and fun days out
