Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the Team Leader in the supervision and development of specialist staff
  • Management of service rotas
  • Development and delivery of support packages
  • Take on management responsibilities as well as hands on support

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Level 2 In Health and Social Care or equivalent in Adult Care
  • Significant experience of supporting people with complex needs
  • Good organisational skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Communication skills
  • Willingness to work closely with colleagues and Team Leaders
  • Flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends
  • Ability to take responsibility of the on-call service on a shared rota basis
