Job Responsibility

  • Be a full and active participant in the work of the team, demonstrating best practice
  • Be a role model for your team, providing day to day support, guidance and direction to your team members
  • Conduct formal supervisions (may be required)
  • Work on a rota basis to include evenings, weekends, sleep in duties and waking nights as needed
  • Support service users in a personalised way to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Be responsible for systems and processes including support planning, recording, finance, staffing and health and safety
