Job Description

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be committed to supporting people in a positive, creative way that enables people to live a fulfilled life. You will support the Service Manager in leading a team who work hard to encourage the people we support to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. You will demonstrate best practice and be a role model for the team. In your new role you will receive ongoing support to ensure your continued professional development and obtain your Diploma Level 3 in Adult Care (RQF).
