Job Description:

Senior Support Worker role at Ashcombe Court, an 8-bedded home for Mental health, Autism, Acquired Brain injury and Learning disabilities. Supports people with everyday living skills like shopping, cleaning and cooking, helping them to have fun and make every day the best it can be.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users in line with care and support plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families
  • Complete supervisions and audits
  • Ensure duties are performed to required standards and contribute to a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere

Requirements:

  • NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to company values
  • Must be over the age of 18
