This role is based within a residential care home, providing consistent support to residents in a safe and nurturing environment. The home operates on a round-the-clock basis, offering a range of shift patterns to ensure continuity of care at all times. This includes weekday, weekend, and overnight shifts, with staff working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain detailed, person-centred support plans
Implement robust activity plans that encourage autonomy
Support individuals in financial planning, medication self-administration, and regular health reviews
Tailor the environment to meet individual needs
Recruit and manage staff through robust induction, supervision, and training processes
Deliver outstanding care and support by adhering to Salutem's Quality Assurance framework
